RTS Training Services provide custom training to enhance utilization of the Plant Data Historian System.  The insight into the manufacturing process provided by Plant Data Historians is a function of the system utilization.  Correlation of data in real-time allows troubleshooting of process anomalies.  Use of state of the art third party software such as Microsoft Excel is essential to troubleshooting from the Engineer's desk.  Application training along with third party software training further enhances process understanding.  RTS categorize users into three groups:

• Casual User
• Technical User
• System Manager

Each of the three categories requires different approaches to training.  RTS tailors its custom training to each group:

Casual User

Training involves general overview of software and site - specific installations.  General navigation of system to retrieve historical data unique to their situation.

Technical User

Training for this group involves in-depth historical data collection methods.  This level of training will use third party software such as Microsoft Excel to recall historical data for analysis.

System Manager

This group will be responsible for area user or site user interface.  Tools available to field questions and solve minor problems will be covered in this training.  System configuration changes such as point configurations will be and historical point configuration will be covered in this training.
