Many projects suffer from scope creep during implementation.  RTS Project Management Services define tasks required to implement a project to the individual task that can be performed by one person.  Microsoft Project is used to schedule and assign tasks to the individual.  Cost accounting and task tracking are updated on a weekly basis.  The task definitions below show the individual tasks that will be completed by the individual.
