Integrated Systems require system level maintenance that an individual cannot always be assigned or full time duties are not needed.  RTS will provide monthly System Maintenance Services on a contractual basis to fulfill the needed system maintenance. Distributed Control Systems, PLC Systems, Local Area Networks and Plant Data Historian computers require periodical system backups in case of hardware failures.  RTS Periodic System Maintenance Services will:

  • Check system for proper operation
  • Make System backups for secure storage
  • Make configuration backups for system reconfiguration in case of hardware failure
  • Provide customer with month-to-month documentation on system performance
  • Establish incremental backup procedures for daily backups if applicable

RTS will provide Periodic System Maintenance Contracts for the following platforms:

  • Compaq Digital Equipment VAX or ALPHA Computers
  • Windows NT Servers
  • UNIX Operating Systems
  • Simulation Sciences AIM Supervisor®
  • OSI PI System
  • Aspentech InfoPlus 21
  • Allen Bradley PLC's
  • Foxboro Distributed Control Systems
